Property In New Zealand

Property in New Zealand

If you want to move to New Zealand permanently you must get a Residence Permit or Visa which will entitle you to live, work and study indefinitely in New Zealand.

Residence and citizenship are completely different in New Zealand, if you are granted residence you will keep your original citizenship but after five years you can apply for New Zealand citizenship. If you want to enquire about New Zealand citizenship and passports you need to make contact with the Department of Internal Affairs or a New Zealand consular or diplomatic office.
